What is JazzCash mobile account?

JazzCash Mobile Account is an actual bank account that is tagged with your mobile number and can be operated through your phone.

Through this Mobile Account you can enjoy complete freedom of accessing financial services anywhere, anytime! More importantly, you don’t have to rely on traveling to a Bank branch, wait at queues or complete any documentation. Mobile Account menu works on all types of mobile phones – smart phone is not required. Customers can make deposits or withdrawals through any Mobilink Microfinance Bank Branch, Mobilink Franchise, Mobilink Business Center and Jazzcash Agents spread across Pakistan.

The App offers a user friendly interface and a secure transactions platform. Not just Jazz customers but the subscribers of any mobile network can now register JazzCash account and use the App.

How do I register for JazzCash Mobile Account?

Mobilink and Warid (biometric verified customers)

1	Dial *786#
2	Reply 1 to confirm the registeration of your JC MA.
3	You will receive an SMS to prompt you to dial *786# to set your unique JC 4 digits pin code.
4	When you dial *786#, you’ll now get a pop-up, to enter your 4 digit PIN code. You will be asked to confirm your code by re-entering.
5	You will receive a confirmation SMS.

All other customers

Please visit your nearest JazzCash Agents, Jazz Franchise or Experience Center. Complete list can be accessed here.
1	Register Mobile Account from JazzCash agent
2	Download App
3	Enter CNIC and MSISDN
4	6-digits OTP (Security Code) will be auto-fetched by the App
5	Create 4-digits MPIN
6	6-digits OTP (Security Code) will be auto-fetched by the App

How to make payment with your Jazzcash Mobile Account?

VIA desktop or mobile website

1	Shop on daraz.pk and check out once you’re ready to buy.
2	After confirming your address and order, on the daraz.pk checkout page, select “JazzCash Mobile Account”.
3	Enter the JazzCash Mobile Account number and Confirm.
4	You will receive a popup on your mobile phone, and you will have 1 minute to enter your mobile account PIN code to confirm your payment. (Please make sure your phone screen is unlocked to receive the confirmation pop-up)
5	Once the payment has been processed successfully you will receive a payment confirmation via SMS and email.

Via Daraz App

1	Shop on the Daraz app and check out once you’re ready to buy.
2	After confirming you address and order, select “JazzCash Mobile Account”, and click “Confirm Order”.
3	You will be redirected to the Jazzcash portal. Here, select Payment Mode “Mobile Account” from the list of options available.
4	Enter the mobile phone number associated to your JazzCash mobile account.
5	If you enter a correct mobile number, you will receive an alert on your mobile phone, enter the password associated to your mobile account to confirm your payment.
6	Once the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a payment confirmation via SMS and email.

How to deposit money into your Mobile Account?

VIA your online bank's Portal

1	Go to your bank's online portal.
2	Add a new beneficiary choosing ‘Mobilink Microfinance Bank / Waseela Microfinance Bank (former name) as beneficiary bank.
3	Enter your 11-digit JazzCash Mobile Account Number (Phone number) in place of your bank account number.
4	The system will then display the title and your name. Click Submit.
5	You can now transfer money to your Jazzcash Mobile Account.
6	Once you transfer, funds will be credited to your account instantly and you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8558.

VIA ATM

1	Visit any bank ATM.
2	Select Fund Transfer followed by Interbank Fund Transfer.
3	Select your bank account to send the funds from.
4	Select Mobilink Microfinance Bank / Waseela Microfinance Bank as the destination bank.
5	Enter your JazzCash mobile account number (phone number) and the amount. Confirm the details and click submit.
6	Once you transfer, funds will be credited to your account instantly and you will receive a confirmation SMS from 8558.

My JazzCash Mobile Account was declined, what should I do?

If your JazzCash shop payment was declined, check to see:

• The mobile phone number you entered on Daraz is the mobile phone number associated to your JazzCash mobile account
• You reached your mobile account transaction limits. JazzCash may limit the number of transactions you can perform with your mobile account within a certain period of time. Limits on the maximum amount you can spend at one time may also apply. Contact JazzCash to learn further about it.
• Your mobile account is sufficiently credited. Visit any JazzCash Agent to make additional deposits on your mobile account. In addition, if you already have a Bank account, you can transfer money instantly from your Bank Account by using funds transfer facility through Online Banking or ATM. All you need to do is select ‘Mobilink Microfinance Bank’ as the receiver Bank and use your Mobile number as the account number.

If you’re still having problems with your payment, you can also try these steps:

• Changing your payment method at checkout – Daraz also offers payment via Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Card, Easypay mobile account, Easypay Shop, Jazzcash Shop and Bank transfers via 1Link.
• Calling 4444 from your Jazz Number or 111-124-444 (With Area Code) for other users.
